I'm Harold, London-born, London-based illustrator. I've grown travelling the world. My work moves between fantasy illustration shaped by various cultures and imagination, hyper-realistic graphite portraits, and the sketchbook studies behind it all.
Comic-books and graphic novels got me here, (Marvel, DC, Image Comics etc), I would also attribute a lot of inspiration from music and film. I find myself always chasing the one shot that tells a whole story without a word.
I take on character briefs and portrait commissions equally, building someone from scratch or doing justice to a face that's already there. Both matter to me the same way.
